As you might noticed, google has two sites for developers. They are google code and google developer.
It was quite confuse to me what is the difference between these two sites.
Following are google's definition of these two sites.
Google code provides a free collaborative development evnironment for open source projects. In other word, it is GitHub.
Google Developers is now the place to find all Google developer documentation, resources, events, and products.
But, somehow, the google API console is hosted in code.google.com(https://code.google.com/apis/console/) rather than developers.google.com.
